Come join us for two days' focused on the ingredients to good bump skiing on blue and easier black terrain. By focusing on the fundamentals, the group will explore body posture, flexion and extension skills, and upper and lower body independence. All of this will be explored through activities, movement analysis, exploration of lines, tactics, and how poles can play a role in how we tackle the bumps.
