Most beginners and intermediates manage pressure at the bottom of the turn, while advanced skiers manage pressure at the apex. In this session, we will explore why skiers tend to manage pressure at the bottom of the turn and how to advance your skills to manage pressure at the top, achieving expert-level performance.
