Course Description:
This two-day course provides instructors with effective strategies and practical applications for teaching adults undergoing the natural aging process - from beginner through intermediate levels. Based in the CAP model ideology, you will take a deep dive into considerations of low impact skiing and riding, understanding movements with the aging process utilizing curated video examples and how to connect and create learning for this demographic.
