Course Description:
Designed for PSIA-RM Alpine Trainer Candidates, this course prepares participants for the Alpine Trainer Skiing Assessment Module. Emphasis is placed on refining demonstrations to enhance visual communication in training settings. The course focuses on Individual and Integrated Assessment Activities from the Skiing IDP, using the Center Line Common Threads to explore application of the Skiing Fundamentals and skill blends. Participants will primarily ski groomed green, blue, and black terrain, with potential for ungroomed conditions based on learning needs and weather.
